About the role

Overview

We're looking for a founding ML engineer with experience designing and deploying ML models and systems. You'll be working with us on cutting-edge problems at the intersection of security, traditional ML, and LLMs.

You'll be part of the founding team and define the trajectory of the company.

Culture

We're all technical, and love shipping fast. You'll have the independence and autonomy to design and own systems end-to-end. We have customers and are generating revenue, so you'll also have the option to flex into a wide range of problems, if you are interested in it! We only care about customers, product, and our team -- everything else is noise.

Responsibilities

• Lead model training/fine-tuning
• Deploy and scale model inference
• Adversarial machine learning
• Working on cutting-edge LLM security problems including multimodal threats, red teaming, and data loss prevention

About you

• High agency
• Deep passion for and knowledge of ML
• Experience training, fine-tuning, and deploying models

Bonus points (not required)

• Experience with LORAs, qLORA, parameter efficient fine tuning and accelerating training and inference time
• Enjoys red-teaming & breaking LLMs
• Has worked at high-growth startups before
