Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and talented AI Engineer Intern to join our engineering team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in developing and implementing AI solutions for our conversational recruitment platform. The AI Engineer Intern will work closely to research, design, and prototype new AI features and functionalities, contributing to the advancement of our product and the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, design, and develop AI algorithms and models to enhance our conversational recruitment platform
• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing data for training and testing machine learning models
• Experiment with different AI techniques and methodologies to optimize performance, accuracy, and scalability of AI models
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for leveraging AI to solve real-world recruitment challenges
• Document research findings, experiments, and technical specifications to share insights and promote knowledge sharing within the team
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing (NLP) technologies to inform and inspire innovation in our product development efforts

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
• Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
• Familiarity with machine learning algorithms, techniques, and methodologies, with hands-on experience in building and training AI models
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for learning and experimenting with new technologies
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous internship or project experience in AI, machine learning, or NLP is a plus
